Due to the nature of electronic files, Studio-259.com regretfully can not issue a cash/credit card refund on e-patterns obtained as downloadable pdf files. We will work with you to make sure you receive the pattern file. If for any reason you have technical difficulties opening the e-pattern, please send an email to the help desk within 48 hours. If needed we will find an alternative method for you to receive the pattern. This may include another method of retreiving the file, sending it by e-mail, or an alternative format at no extra charge. All of the pattern downloads are compatible with Adobe Reader 6 or greater. To help resolve any problems as quickly as possible please provide your order number and the reasons for your concern in the e-mail. We check our mail frequently thru the day and it shouldnt be long before we get back to you.
